Finding and saving data on NTI Web is easy:
The NTI Web Search feature has been designed to allow you, the user, to create reports based on the topics and states you have selected. The reports you create can be saved to your computer, added to your on-line portfolio, printed, emailed, etc.
To find data on NTI Web you can:
select a topic from the navigation bars; or
select a topic from the Site Map; or
use Search to create a report for multiple topics and states simultaneously.
Other features on NTI Web:
Select States – Only the data for the states you select will display.
Print Page - allows you to print a text-only version of your report.
Portfolio - allows you to save your report for future reference.
Help - provides instructions for all features on NTI Web and email access to the Help Desk.
My Account - allows you to change your personal information and password.
To become a registered Agent user:
- Go to www.ntiweb.com and select one of the logos.
- From the website menu, click New User (located near the top of the page).
- From the drop down boxes select “I am an agent of (choose one of the listed title companies” and click Submit.
- Read and accept the Disclaimers/Terms of Use.
Note: If you choose not to accept, your registration request will be withdrawn.
- Complete the online registration form. You will be asked to name a Contact. Please list a current employee of Chicago, Fidelity, Ticor, Security Union or Alamo Title as your Contact (e.g., your agency rep). If you do not have a Contact, we will assign one to you based on your geographical location.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation screen and email, and you will have immediate, although temporary, access to NTI Web. Your status will change to “active” upon the approval of your Contact. If your Contact denies your continued access, you will receive notification via email.
Note: Each user must register for individual access to the site. Sharing your username/password is in violation of the NTI Web terms of use and will cause technical difficulties for those sharing a username/password. If we determine a username/password has been shared, that account will be disabled.
